RPD undertakes property development on both a proprietary basis (i.e. fully self funded), and in conjunction with our investment partners.

We provide a platform for people wanting to participate directly in property development rather than the property market alternatives of equities (listed property trusts) or the investor rental market.

Direct Participation provides an opportunity to be involved in property development as a partner with RPD, share the rewards/risk, and receive the benefits of RPD's knowledge and experience.
